My story
The problem wasn't the market. It was me.
In 2017, I opened Paraíso Café, my own restaurant. After years as a chef in Miami and as a restaurant consultant, I had the experience, the knowledge and the talent. And still, something kept getting in my way: my own mind.
In 2020, the pandemic stopped everything. In that silence I finally saw it. The problem wasn't the market or the economy. It was me — my beliefs, my patterns, my self-sabotage.
So I began, one step at a time, to rewire them. Neuroscience taught me that the blocks we carry are learned, which means they can be unlearned. Those steps became my method — Mindset, Energy, Strategy — and the way I now help others.
Today I live with intention. I travel several months a year, my businesses keep growing, and I wake up to a life that feels authentic and full of purpose. I'm still growing — and I'd love to help the people you care about do the same.
